Scalair strengthens its cybersecurity offering!

Vade recently joined the HornetSecurity group, whose aim is to form a leading publisher in Europe of email security and collaborative suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, pooling their technological and geographical complementarities, Vade- Hornetsecurity thus considerably accelerate their growth.
Governance changes at Vade
Georges Lotigier, Chairman of the Oktocampus Group(Vade and Scalair) and until now CEO of Vade, hands over the Group's general management to Daniel Hofmann, founder of Hornetsecurity, while Adrien Gendre, co-founder of Vade, takes on the role of CEO of Operations France and Group CPO (Chief Product Officer).
Georges Lotigier becomes a reference shareholder in the Vade-Hornetsecurity group, and a board member alongside the 2 founders of Hornetsecurity. He provides support for the group's development in France, and is more generally involved in the European cybersecurity ecosystem, notably through the Auriga Cyber Venture fund and the Hexatrust association, of which he is a co-founder.
No impact on Scalair's governance
This merger in no way affects Scalair's structure, operations or management. Georges Lotigier retains his full role within Scalair. He will continue to support, with the same commitment, the general management of Scalair provided by Violette Lotigier (Chief Administrative Officer) and Damien Vignault (CEO) for nearly 3 years.
