NHOOD / Aushopping IT infrastructure migration to the cloud
Nhood is a mixed-use real estate operator owned by AFM (Association Familiale Mulliez). Born from the merger of the Ceetrus and Nodi teams in January 2021. Its expertise covers the animation, operation and marketing of mixed-use sites, asset management and real estate development and promotion. Committed to a more resilient and ecological city. Nhood's projects are characterized by a mix of local functions and uses. (Local shops, short-distance circuits, housing, offices, transitional urbanism and third places). Nhood France brings together the skills and real estate know-how of 374 experts to regenerate and sustainably transform an initial portfolio of 82 commercial sites managed in France, including 66 Aushopping centers (Auchan), and some 30 urban projects.
As part of the merger between Ceetrus and Nodi, Nhood needed to homogenize its IT infrastructure to enable teams to collaborate more effectively, while rationalizing costs. The decision was made to migrate the IT infrastructure to the Cloud, based on the Microsoft Azure application platform. Scalair was chosen to organize and support this migration, while minimizing and guaranteeing continuity and quality of service.
